business that provide good quality, affordable, Chester student rentals ideally situated in the popular student
occupied Garden Lane area within walking distance of University of Chester, Chester City Centre and local amenities including
supermarkets, fast food outlets, pubs, restaurants, cinema, bowling and retail outlets.
There are currently two student properties in Chester available for next year each with five bedrooms and are suitable for either all female or mixed groups of five students with prices from £69 per room, per week, including water, free broadband and TV licence for communal area. The properties are furnished to a good standard and have gas central heating and double glazing. The kitchens are fully fitted with cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. The bathrooms are modern with white suite and bath with shower over. There are two leather sofas in the communal lounge and television is provided. The bedrooms are furnished with 4' bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, noticeboard and mirror.
